Facade

To her friends and peers at school, Mia Taylor seems like a happy, normal 17 year old, but as soon as she steps foot in her seemingly normal, suburban household, she becomes a completely different person. She must live as the protector for herself and her little sister Marian from their abusive father and oblivious mother. As time goes on, Mia is finding it more difficult to maintain a perfect picture to the outside world and is finding herself breaking down little by little each day. Will Mia stay strong for Marian, or will her facade eventually deteriorate, exposing her real life to the world?
