They raise humans for the first 16 years of their life in a huge 100 mile radius dome, after those first 16 years they are released into the world to live the rest of their life, knowing only what they decided to learn in the dome. It has the village, a library, and an amusement park. The humans do whatever they want, but one boy may make a difference.
