Jay Shang has always been a foreigner among his people, an oddity whispered about behind closed doors.  He loved his family and had his entire life planned out. He would join the Darmenian army and become a great General just like his father.  He would bring honor to his family and show his village that he was more than just his strange appearance.
He was content with the path he had chosen, and had never wanted anything more. That is, until the day the murderous raiders of the Kimanche raided his village. These evil, savage, bloodthirsty warriors had been tormenting the small country of Darmenia for over a decade. They pillaged and plundered any that did not follow the strange and archaic religion that they based their lives upon.
Faced with the choice of sacrificing himself or letting all those he loves die, Jay sells himself into the Kimanchean army at the tender age of only ten years old.  
Though inexperienced and weaker than his new comrades, and with dark forces plotting against him, Jay will endure any struggle, and any pain in order to protect the ones he loves. 
With the help of new friends and new Gods, Jay Shang is on his way to being one of the greatest and most powerful warriors the world has ever seen.

I entered the cave and saw a red crystal sealed in ice. "Woah." I whispered. The crystal glowed and the ice shattered. I jumped back and fell to the ground, watching as the ice broke completely. My eyes widened and I looked at my hands. "Did I do that?" I asked, but before I could answer, I heard a guard shout for backup as they had heard the ice shattering. I quickly jumped up and stashed the crystal in my pocket before leaving. I crept to the cave the following day, putting the crystal back into the remains of the ice pillar. As I walked away, the crystal fell, causing it to break into a million pieces. I jumped at the sudden noise and stumbled backwards, my eyes widening as a black smog formed around the crystal. "No, no, no, no! Frick." I desperately tried to grab the remains of the crystal, causing one to cut my hand. "Ow! Shit." I whispered, looking at my bleeding hand. "Tch, tch, tch, poor child." A demonic voice said. I looked up and saw that the black smog had two red eyes and a wide, sick smile that was dripping with venom. "I- who are you?" I asked, backing up. "The one who can help you out of here." It said, stretching out a hand. I looked it up and down and before I could answer, its hand plunged into my heart, causing me to scream out in pain. When he founded it he saw something shining so he decided to look. When he wanted to grab it a bright light shined and blinded Jay. When he opened his eyes he saw he wasn't in the same woods. He walked trough the other woods and came by a fort. He wanted to get inside but some watchman stopped him. Then somebody came out and it was a man who looked like he wasn't that old. He letted Jay inside and they talked about what is happening. It was war between the humans and the Tokats. The Tokats are from another dimension in that world and they want to get the crystal of Terra. They want that because if they get the crystal they only need the chosen one to get their power back. The Tokats are looking like humans but the colour of their eyes is very different than that of a human. Jay decided to go help the humans fight. Time passed and Jay was observed by the Tokats. The Tokats decided to took Jay with them to the Tokats fort because they wanted to let Jay help them. Jay didn't want that so he ran back to the human fort. Not long after that the Tokats came to the human fort and taked the crystal but they also kidnapped Jay because they knew then that Jay the Chosen one was. If they wanted to use the crystal they must use all of the power of the Chosen one but then Jay would die. Jay didn't want that.
