No one knows who they are, what they are, or exactly all of the terrible things that they do... But no one questions it... Ever. Soon to be 17 year old Grace suffocating under the harsh rule, begins to realize in her own way the flaws in this government...

She has Epilepsy, a weak heart, is constantly tired, etc. Isabella normally spends her time alone, aside from the company of her four friends, not wanting to get attached because she's afraid to be thrown away. Until she meets a boy named Luke, who just moved to town.
