As one day the young Y/n is sent off by one of the writers to send a note to hell she was so nervous since she never even set foot on the bridge. The only thing dividing heaven and hell is the very long bridge/border that connects the two lands. It would take a human many hours to cross it but since wings exist there it's faster once you know how to fly.
