"Classic Characteristic of Gifted Individuals:
Stubborn resistance or reluctance to change in routine or pattern."

Shelby thought she had everything figured out. As a certified genius (No, literally. Certificates and everything), she was certain there was nothing left to learn. But she's quickly discovering there are some things her textbooks can't teach her, and Shelby is determined to learn everything there is to know about the "real world" outside of the Branson Academy for the Gifted and Talented. Even if that means trading in all of her precious "Positives" for one big variable.

With the help of her Queen-Bee cousin Bethany, who is a not-so-certified genius everywhere Shelby is clueless, and a purple spiral-bound notebook, she might just be able to get it right when it counts the most.
