Sarah has lived in the small town of Bethlehem for all her life of fifteen years. She's been one of the two town weavers for four of those, along with her cousin Miriam. Sarah, like many others, has been told of the Promised Messiah, the Savior of her people. If there was any time they needed Him, it was now. The Romans have occupied Israel, and now their Emperor wants to take a census to tax them all. Little does Sarah know, the census will be the vehicle of the salvation of Bethlehem...and all of Israel.
