Once upon a time in a little section of hell, called high school, there lived a girl. Dull grey eyes behind long, tangled ropes of white, dyed hair she lived her days in the sanctity of the library devouring story after story. Her personality, bland and empty as her features, caused others to look at her like a book with empty pages. They looked with curiosity at first briefly scanning the pages looking for something interesting, but soon moving on indifferent to whether the story plays out. This girl knew, better than anyone, the soul she lacked. However, alone, she could not change. So, she wished most of all to meet the heroes from the stories, to go on them in grand adventures, fight rouges, and battle elementals. To develop and grow, to form bonds of friendship. Some say that ideas that become strong enough become real. Could books do the same?
