Growing up with a neglectful, hurtful dad, and a dead mother, Supernatural has known more pain than a 9 year old kid should know, remembering when he was younger, before his mother died pains him. He never is able to keep friends for a while, and is always on the move. As he gets older his dad leaves him alone more, and he shows less pride or happiness in his son, lowering Supernatural's confidence.
Growing up with no confidence, happiness, or joy, Supernatural wonders what a normal, happy life is like.
And if he should try running away to live it.
Would his father come after him? What if he doesn't have enough money?
Can he find a place where he can make friends?

You grew up to be a hunter despite your fathers wishes for you. Your father, Bobby Singer, hated that you were in this line of work, and he always blamed himself for ridding you of a normal life. It's not like he didn't try to shield you from this life. For the majority of your childhood you weren't aloud to touch weapons or read up on anything supernatural - but his efforts went to waste whenever the Winchesters were over. Growing up an only child with just your father to keep you company could have been boring, but every once in a while one of your dad's old hunting buddies would drop his two sons off at your house. Those weeks and sometimes months when Sam and Dean Winchester lived with you were the best times of your life. The two brothers were your best friends. Dean was the first person to teach you how to shoot, hell he was the first on to teach you most things in this line of work. For a little while you saw them as your brothers, that is, until you and Dean had turned 16 years old. The two of you had celebrated your birthdays together when John (Dean and Sam's dad) dropped them off at your house for nearly six months. During that extended stay you had developed a sort of crush on Dean that you never saw coming. Unfortunately you never were able to explore the possibilities of that relationship as you rarely saw him after those short 6 months. Only every once in a while, then never again after your father had threatened John, cursing him to never show his face around the scrap yard again. He even cocked the shotgun and everything. This story follows along with season 2-6 of supernatural. You are a 26 year old female (the same age as Dean in season 1). I don't own any rights to Supernatural or any of the characters. This is just for entertainment purposes only. Please like and comment cause that seems to do something for algorithm idk. Hope you like reading it as much as I liked writing it! Shatter

1 part Complete

Dean gets a call about Bobby being in an accident, and breaking his leg. He's cleared from the hospital, but can't drive, and doesn't know anyone who can pick him up except his old friend Rufus, who's in another state, and Ellen, his wife, who's off with her daughter on a girls trip. And Dean of course. The problem? He has to leave Cas at the apartment, and the hospital is a five hour drive away. But Cas can be without him for a day right? -------- This story is part one of a series called "Leading Into Life". I highly suggest reading "Normality" before this. It'll probably make way more sense.
