How could it be? How could I let it get this far? I need to stop it now...it's getting out of control... She sees her fiancé through the lake cabin window with a knife, carving something, red ooze dripping from his hand to the knife and onto the floor. She enters the cabin silently in hopes of seeing if it is the David that she's about to marry. He spotted her near the windowsill and when their eyes met she could tell that the real David was gone and was replaced by what is now a monster. One vicious, angry monster...He ignored her appearance and kept on carving the THING. She moves in closer so that she can see what he is carving. As she got closer, the object came into view, "Oh God!" She wailed. She cupped her mouth and began moving back, absorbing the shock, she reached her starting point, sat down in a crouched position, and cried into her palms. Each tear felt like fire down her cheek, the image of that dead body, lying helplessly on the ground as it was being carved. Shreds and bits of the little girl were everywhere on the floor, scattered all around the room were the different tools he had used, and a thick bloody, disgusting smell hung in the room like a thick blanket suffocating a baby. I'm Zendi Portan and boy was I in for one hell of a ride.

[completed!] Under editing! Man kind, invincible and scared of nothing. We were the superior race, and we revelled in it. We all thought we were the ones at the top of the food chain, completely untouchable. However it was like I said, we 'thought' we were. In the darkness lurks a creature like no other, that prays upon us. Hunting us! Waiting for just the right moment to strike, to knock us off of our high pedestal and back onto the ground. I know this because I have seen this beast. Been face to face with it, battled toe to toe with this creature, fighting for what was left of my life, and I was losing! - - - - - - - - "Watch out!" I scream in alert, as a hard thudding sound pierced our ears as something slammed into our side of the car, sending a sensation of dizziness as the car spun of of control. The screeching tires dragged along the floor, with the faint stench of the irony liquid dripping from my head as it all grew still...
