They say your eyes are the windows to the soul. If that were true, Farren's eyes would present you with a black abyss of murderous evil. The Devil's Daughter is seeking power by relentlessly plaguing the kingdoms, and the nation of Blue is next on her hit list.

In a world where eye color is linked to your magical capabilities, the lives of the heterochromia are nonexistent. Hazel eyes are a sin, and birthing a child that goes beyond the colors of Grey, Blue, Brown or Green is punishable by death. They each have a specific powerful strength, and a combination of the four nations would surely mean the end for all. The birth of a girl possessing quad-colored eyes struck fear into the hearts of everyone, and rightly so.

Farren strives to impress her evil mentor, continuously searching for that single malicious endeavor that will earn her his pride. When she finds it, she stops at nothing. Unfortunately, when you're the evil of the world, good unceasingly will attempt to fight back - and you have to respond. Unyielding murder is an option, and merciless rage is another, but what happens when good fights unfairly?
