Dark Worlds are the world behind you, in the dark, in the shadows, and in your nightmares. They're the reason for sadness, anger, and fear. They consume and thrive off of the negative emotions in humanity. Inside them are monstrous creatures, and if fed enough off dark power, come into the real world. These evil creatures are fought off and hunted by a group of hunters known as the Bloodstones. They enter the Dark Worlds and hunt the creatures until the source of the world is vanquished. Tonight new Bloodstone member, Conner, joins the hunt.

Monsters are everywhere, but the human ones are the worst. At least the Creatures of the Night don't kid almost families, friends, neighbors, coworkers. Once reborn they live in the night. Sure, they do all of the same twisted things that humans do to one another, but they don't hide who they are. When you see them you know death is coming. You can predict the sick things they will do to you. But when the monster looks human, you're blindsided. One minute you're in love with a guy and the next he's slitting your throat. Trust me, I speak from experience. Gruesome things that use to make me sick now makes my stomach flutter in joy. I traded charming grins and blue eyes for carved smilies and orbs of onyx. I traded sunlight for the glow of the moon. I gave up living amongst humans for creatures of the night. And I wouldn't go back for anything in the world. I am finally home.
