Be like snow, cold but beautiful.
-Lana Del Rey
... She slammed the door shut and slid down to sit on the floor, her back against the door. And she finally gave up, dropped the fake smile as a tear ran down her cheek and she whispered to herself, "I can't do this anymore." She fisted her short hair in her hands as the tears streamed rapidly. Her sobs continued loudly reflecting the pain inflicted in her soul and heart.
.....
Silence.
.....
She snapped.
She let go of her hair and stood, wiping her tears away. Then she raised her head high, eyes gleaming.
" You know what," she said out loud, her voice echoing through the empty house.
" I was never weak," she continued.
"On the contrary," she narrowed her eyes at nothing in particular.
"If you're weak enough to leave, then I'm strong enough to let you go."

'There was a man I once knew,
For me there was no other,
The closer to loving me he grew,
The more he would grow further,
I tried to love him as a friend,
Then to love him as his lover,
But he never loved me in the end-
His heart was for another..
At least that was what I,
Sakura Haruno,
told myself...
"You're different from what I expected," she said softly.
"How so?" he asked, glancing at her.
"I don't know," she replied, searching for the right words. "You just... have this way of making people feel like they matter. Even here, in this... nightmare."
He was quiet for a moment before responding. "You matter, Y/n. Don't forget that."
