Chelsea has always fought the tide and always was swept aside. Her mother died when she was only 6, leaving Chelsea with her far-too-busy-to-be-a-father father. His new wife and self-proclaimed daughter has made Chelsea's life hell. Lindsey has stolen Jace from Chelsea and she can't live life this. Chelsea leaves only to have her father want her back, completely oblivious of the life his daughter has endured.
Now she's on the run and has to trust Jace's long-dead brother to get away from the human world and into the world on the mythical. Only he is the head of a band of runaways, no yes exactly what I said. He was lead in a BAND of RUNAWAYS. Awesome or just a damn hassle? To Chelsea it's a little of both. Can she run away with whats left of her or will someone else take even that from her?
