London resident Jessica Scopper has divorced parents, after bumping back and forth between them, she gets her drivers license, gets a red Mini Cooper, moves to America, trades her 1,394,295£ for American money, pays for the rest of high school tuition, opens The Mini Cooper Club, and makes some same age friends, who can't pay for every year of college. Jessica had already payed for college ahead of time, and wants to figure out how to send Becki, Kelly, Louis, Joonie, and John to college.
