This is a collection of backstory segments from Orion and Phay's childhood, from the beginning when they first 'met'. They didn't quite make it into the main story either in whole or in part, and so ended up here.

Orion Night is a genetically modified vampire, feeding off of his own kind as well as humans to survive. He has only one mission in life, to protect and serve his princess at all costs. There's just one problem, he's still a kid. When everyone he cares about is suddenly ripped from his life, will he have the guts to do his job and still manage keep himself alive in the process?
Phay Coretez is a seemingly 'normal' girl. So what if her best friend in the world is a vampire? She could care less. Yet with the shock death of his parents and her only guardians, will her world fall apart? will her timid friend step up and do what he was designed to do?
Or will Phay have to take things into her own hands and protect them both?
