Yna Mijares, is a young Filipina, who works as online Virtual Assistant for a client, Marcouz De Levin, an American citizen, CEO and Founder of PaX Inc. centrally located at Charlotte, North Carolina.

Pax Company went through quandary as it has been affected with 2008 U.S recession. Marcouz's life was affected as well, when Selena Viene, his Seven Year lived-in partner back-out from marrying him. Selena flew to Mississippi after the break up, to attend a 46th International Congress and Awarding ceremony for young lawyers.

When Marcouz was about to give up. He received an email from his online Virtual Assistant, Yna Mijares. After reviewing the documents, he have come up with an idea and offer Yna to work at his Company in U.S. Without any hesitation, Yna, processed all her documents and flew to US, as for her its a Dream come true.

The Board of Directors agreed to Yna's proposal in investing to Real Property. The Board affirmed that they should produce great foundation and legal support, so to avoid immediate pitfall, considering economic losses.
Majority, including Yna Mijares voted for Miss Selena Viene to be the legal Dep't head, as she is currently the top one best young lawyer. But, Marcouz disapproved and chose Steven Adams (Tennesian Lawyer), the second best to Selena.
Yna Mijares opposed to MArcouz resolution, as for her, hiring a tennessian lawyer will be a substantial expense for the company.
The meeting was dismissed with Marcouz decision to appoint Mr. Steven Adams to be the Legal Dep't Head of the newly project.

It was midday when Yna arrived at Palmer Law firm, to meet Steven Adams.

Atty Adams refused to talk to a secretary, and demanded for the CEO to come and discuss the proposal.
Yna plead to the guard officer to talk directly to atty. Adams. Selena, seeing that scene, went to Adam's office and asked him to attend to the client's entreaty outside of his office.

Steven was left bemuse and Yna wept as she traveled back to NC.
