In the war of terror, there are many more barbaric threats than in conventional war. For example, suicide bombings... kidnappings etc... they don't exist to this extent in a conventional war. People taken by enemy forces are given certain rights and are put in a prison... much unlike a barbaric kidnapping when terrorists give their prisoners no rights. This was discovered by Abdullah Al Masry, a soldier in the Egyptian Saq'a special forces and, who was fighting terror and drug smuggling in Upper Egypt when he and his unit were sieged, disarmed and kidnapped by a rather unheard of force of terror.
