Celestine lives with her father and brother in the old Victorian house on a cliff by the sea. Up there, things are peaceful and quiet, being just the three of them.
She helps out at her father's bookshop, goes to school, reads- but she also loves puzzles. Ever since she was small, everything from riddles to numbers; she has always had something on her hands.
But now, it's only a matter of time until her fifteenth birthday, and something mysterious comes up regarding the unexplained disappearance of her mother so many years ago. One discovery leads to another, and soon the spiderweb of secrets and stories proves one thing: this isn't any old scavenger hunt.
The puzzle of all puzzles is about to begin.
