Not every blonde is stupid. In the South if you're a beautiful, blonde, blue-eyed girl high expectations are made. Either you're not extremely smart, so you find yourself a suitable husband to take care of you. Or you are smart and you just pretend to be dumb so you find yourself a suitable husband to take care of you. All her life Avery Skinner has been told what to do and how to do it- by everyone. By her mother, the girls she calls friends, the guys in school, teachers, family, even Mark the mailman. Needless to say, she's sick of it. Its time Avery took control of her life or at least get a firm grip on the sucker. She's loved football ever since she was a little girl. Yet she could never play because ladies aren't supposed to do such barbaric things. Especially in the South- unless its a rodeo and you're wearing those ridiculously tight outfits that show you're navel or showing you can hold your liquor. Avery has longed to be on the field, throwing the ball instead of cheering on the team her dad coaches that can't seem to win. Then her best friend Austin forces Avery to and for sometime everyone is fooled. But the truth can only be hidden for so long. The moment the townsfolk of Stonehenge, Alabama learned it was a girl under that helmet, was the moment true colors showed. It hasn't been easy and it won't get any better but Avery is here to play. * Avery is going to face REAL life problems, and not nice people. She's going to deal with sexual harassment, mean words, rude people, pregnancy, injuries, steroids, etc.. In this story I want to exemplify how sexist and cruel humans can be. There will be hard moments, but I want to put it out there because it IS a serious problem. Harsh language and such will be present. You have been warned, don't read it then complain. [Completed] Taylor Daniels. Average name, average face, average girl. What about her life? Well, that's a bit complicated. Finding out her werewolf heritage was not part of the seemingly normal life Taylor lived. She'd always been the strong but silent type, concentrating on getting good grades and pleasing her mother. But all that changes when she's merely picked up and dropped into the world of werewolves. She'll have to dust herself off and learn to live with the fact that her life was a lie. What's even more deranged is that her life is at risk. And who can possibly help her? Her so called "mate" Leo Knight. A forced marriage between the two is the only thing keeping her safe, but what happens when this little compromise turns into a whirlwind of attraction, hate, jealousy, and possible love? Can Taylor hold on to her only hope of sanity, or be whisked away in the world of werewolves, where her family, herself included, are a bunch of overgrown dogs? Taylor may seem shy on the outside, but dealing with a sarcastic, rude, arrogant mate has her standing up for herself and ultimately, facing her crazy consequences. Despite her situation, the confusing part is the possible attraction she has to Leo. And to think, it all started with two simple words..."I Do." THIS BOOK IS CURRENTLY BEING EDITED! If you are fine with reading it as is, go ahead! But I am currently editing it to remove multiple grammatical errors, as well as improving the story line and filling in some missing gaps that I failed to address the first time writing this. Alexandria Simmons has never been noticed at her high school, Hartwell High. With only having two best friends, she's actually pretty ok with not having anyone bother her for always having a book in her hand, or for keeping to herself. It's actually pretty surprising that no one had the guts to talk trash about her behind her back, or to laugh at how different she is from the rest of the girls in their student body, well maybe that was because of her older brother; by 1 year, Cameron Simmons, who was sort of like the Troy Bolton of their school, and if you ever got on his bad side, well that would definitely suck for you. Alex had an average life, it was as if she was riding one of those slow kiddy rides at an amusement park, that you were forced to go on by your younger siblings or relatives. Her life was simply too boring, plain, simple, so bland. That was until Mr. Jayce Reynolds stepped into the picture. Jayce Reynolds, who was sort of like a younger cockier version of Cameron. Everyone expected him to take over the football team once Cam graduated. Being only a junior, and being one of the best football players in that school was something everyone idolized him for. He was expected to become a football player by his classmates, or to take over some big corporate company by his dad. Speaking of his dad, his family was probably the most dysfunctional yet peculiar group of people that ever stepped on this earth. Aside from that, having the "perfect" girlfriend and being a part of the "popular" crowd had its perks, but Jayce thought otherwise. He wasn't the perfect person everyone portrayed him to be, and Alex is the person who figures that out. Copyright © 2013 Queenfreakco All Rights Reserved [Updated]: May 25, 2014
