*Prologue*
(Averie) My name is Averie Jones. I am a werewolf and in the Dark Moon pack. Us girls find our mates by just touching them, but the guys have to wait till they turn 18. Eventually I find my mate, but I didn't know of the one thing that got between us. All it took was one dare, one lie, and a rejection. This is what made leave and now I'm back stronger than ever with one mate and a lie. (Jason) My name is Jason Shaw. I am a pure werewolf and an alpha to-be. I can't wait to find my two mates! Yes, I said two. But I just need to make sure they don't find out about each other. I am not only a werewolf but a vampire as well, so I naturally have many skills. I have a werewolf mate as well as a vampire mate. As long as they don't know, I'm good. ;) What happens when both mates find out? Will they work out their problems? Or will they be forced to come apart?

My Mother Runs With Wolves

51 parts Complete

A genetically unique but emotionally lost teenager must figure out who she is within her mixed-up, warring world of Shifters and Wolfstalkers. ***** It wasn't Maddie's choice to be born a half-breed, half Shifter, half Wolfstalker -- a hunter of Shifters -- and it wasn't her choice to keep her identity a secret. But after trying to attend high school like any normal sixteen-year-old, things quickly spiral south when her Stalker uncle finds out about her and catapults her out of anonymity and into the awareness--or possibly the crosshairs--of The Order of the Wolfstalker. Maddie must think fast and figure out a way to keep herself and her family safe, or risk losing everything. Including her life. [[word count: 70,000-80,000 words]]
