Being a girl is easy. Well, almost. Being a girl living in a cabin in the middle of the Timpanogas mountains? Not so easy. Especially for stylish, technology-loving, and clumsy Emi, who would rather be living back home in her San Diego beach house, surrounded by her friends and familiar settings. But when her parents announce that they are moving to the famous Utah mountains to enjoy the nature and 'woodsy surroundings', Emi doesn't really have a choice, except to embrace it all and try to make the best of it; which she soon figures out isn't as easy as she thought it would be. With help from her half-sister, big brother, and the cashier at the only store with in a 20-mile-radius of her house, Emi learns the true meaning of 'The Great Outdoors'.
