I have always been the invisible one. No one knows I am there. I try to fit in with everyone, but the students end up ignoring me. When I speak, no words escape my mouth. I have always known that there was another part of me, that wants to shine, but is too scared to show her face. It is as if we have been hiding behind the same mask and no one sees us. We put on a different mask to try to be like everyone else, but we're really covering up our true personality. As if I am a nerd, that everyone can just walk all over. However, I am not that type of person. It is as if, the only way you would be able to get attention, is if you become a "bad boy," or you wear clothes that show too much skin.
