A Blink of an eye. That's all it took for everything to come crashing down. That's also how abrupt it ensued. Time appeared to suspend and every fleeting second stretched out beyond its alleged limit. The pressure in my ear blocked each and every commotion and all that I can perceive is the rhythm of my own beating heart. Thump Thump Thump Will this be the sensation circulating the vast majority of people if time slowed down? It felt identical to a lumbering paced video of a pair running to each other at the coastline. With the setting sun behind them creating a fiery glow on the sky. Then engulfing one another in an embrace and a whirl. Subsequently everything collapsed, and a searing ache exploded in my ears, as the pressure ceased.
