This is a backstory for Eric. I've taken bits and pieces from the Divergent series and also the movie. I also used the book about Four that recently came out. It takes you through his journey through initiation on in to leadership. He also develops a love interest that isn't in either the books or the movie. I wanted him to have a softer side that only she'll see. Ellis chooses at the choosing ceremony dauntless. Their parents are shocked, because they lived like an erudite their whole life and his father maybe thaught them what to do at the aptitude test. Dauntless came as a shock for Ellis. Initiation is though and can be very lonely sometimes. When they also fall in love with the dauntless leader Eric, everything becomes even harder. They do things -bad things- they never thought they would do. How're they going to handle that? How will they survive their own mind? Fighting someone else might be hard, but fighting yourself is extremely difficult.
