Chrys Jones has what she believes to be the perfect life in the small town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado: mountains for skiing, a perfect family, a great friend, the perfect hiking trails in Vail, Colorado (where her mom's friend lives), and the BEST gelato in the world. That is, until her life gets turned upside down by a new kid in town, Dan Griffin, who seems to have made it his personal mission to ruin her life.
