One balmy Saturday morning, a man reading a novel on the promenade turns out to be anything but alive! He certainly looks alive when Dolly passes by, but she quickly discovers that her initial observation is far from the actual reality. 

When Dolly gets into a predicament she can't tweedle out of, it's up to newly promoted Detective Cash to find a way to save her life, and time is not on Dolly's side.
