Why ?

My name is Lily and I woke up in a dumbster in the city of New york next to a dead corpse, not able to picture one thing about the night before .

They've told me to right my last few weeks down in a notebook because it seems that i was suposed to be dead aswell jugding by the levels of drugs I had in my body. They basically want to know why someone would pick me, a nobody, and try to kill me. Or at least that's how I see it
