NOT A WEREWOLF STORY SORRY
QUICK UPDATES - LOOKING TO FINISH THIS STORY WITHIN THE NEXT TWO WEEKS.
"I probably shouldn't be talking to you." I stared at the ground, nervous in the presence of the devil himself.
"Yeah, you probably shouldn't." He smirked knowingly. "But that's what makes this so much more fun."
As if being the only (and overly protected) girl in a set of triplets wasn't hard enough, add in her brothers' best friend with a major crush on her. Being considered the little wolf in the "pack" doesn't help Brennan Wolf's social life.
Throw in Washington Height's notorious bad boy, Lane Peyton, and suddenly it seems like Brennan can't catch a break.
I've watched and witnessed the mate bond between numerous wolves throughout the years. Werewolves. We all have a mate. One that is meant to be the other halves of our souls. Mates destined just for each other. When a wolf finds their mate, it should be the most wonderful experience. Love at first sight at its best.
I wanted to feel what they felt. I wanted to meet my mate. I wanted to fall irresistibly, undeniably, and eternally in love. That's what mates are supposed to do, but I learned it's not the case for everybody. It wasn't the case for me.

Camilla is starting a new life in a new pack after the death of her Grandfather, the man that raised her. Her grandfather had taught her the laws of a great werewolf ruler in the making. She learns the hard way that not everybody plays by the rules. Her Alpha mate tosses her away like yesterday's trash, literally. She will need to learn how to stay strong and survive against the werewolves that make up their own rules.
What she doesn't realize is that there is something more dangerous lurking in the shadows. Something so ferocious it brings strong reason for being afraid of the dark.
