When I was a young boy, around 6 or 7, I didn't want friends. I didn't want love. I was different.
When I was 12, I really wanted to love somebody. I wanted love. I wanted a friend, but no one accepted me for who I was. I was a homosexual 12 year old male, who wore eyeliner and skinny jeans. And for a long time, I thought I wouldn't find love.
And then I met him.
–
14 year old Frank Iero fell in love with the red-haired boy known as Gerard Way, but then Gerard had to move away. But he promises Frank he would find him when they got older. Seven long years later, Frank still has not heard from or seen the red-haired boy, and still loves him, hoping Gerard will keep his promise.
And maybe he does.
–
And Gerard, wherever you are, I miss you...
