She's too nerdy to have any friends. Her parents have such high expectations for her that shes always striving to be perfect. She feels like less then what she should be, and feels like shell never be good enough. In her mind; shes nothing but a failure and simply isn't destined for greatness.

When their paths cross, they become friends and soon share lots of similar thoughts and pass times.
One day, when they expect to casually go buy some video games together they find one they've never heard of before and decide to get it. Once they play it a few times they realize something isn't right about this game. They keep getting these sort of riddle clue message alerts. At first they ignore them suspecting they're just part of the game but as they find the meanings out they do some research and start to believe that those messages were actually clues to a mystery people have been trying to figure out for centuries;

The two new friends go on a scary, thrilling, mysterious and amazing adventure on a quest to find the real meanings of all these riddles and clues.
What does it all mean? Were they meant to find this game? Could all of this be part of their destiny? Will they discover something that most people believe is impossible?

She threw herself out a window and left her neighbor Jane to unravel their town's darkest secrets. Following Natalie's instructions leads Jane to three other high school students who all have something to hide. The four of them must carry out Natalie's final errand while solving the mysteries written in her diary. But the secrets they unearth may be far more dangerous than what they ever imagined.
