It's been a year since Nina became Mrs. Eastwood. Perhaps if she were a happy wife, she would've told you how lucky she was. Or maybe she would've recounted the adventures she would have experienced during the past year - with her dearest husband. She even could have told you about all the ups and downs a married couple gets to face.
But she won't.
She didn't marry her husband for love anyway, so...it was to be expected. Darren Eastwood is a well-known football star, still unbelievably arrogant, pretty rich and quite shut off. Oh, and he cares about football more than he cares about anything else. Including Nina.
Both of them were fine - they had a mutual agreement (that's also how they referred to their marriage.) Now, however, Darren has to move to Boston to join a new team and play in the league. Nina needs to move with him and suddenly they spend a lot more time in each other's company.
Will it be for better or worse?
