"If an agent goes rogue, we erase his memory and station him in a different base. If an agent wants to forget something, we erase his memory and station him in a different base. For all I know, you could be from the League of Blood!"

----

Natasha is not happy with her life. She has no memory of who she is (aside from her new false name), and wakes up as she falls from the sky. Upon being rescued, she's forced into a life of the G.U.A.R.D. recruit, where her "friends" are agents sent to test her, she's haunted by the vague recollection of being shot, and she's faced with walls to every question she asks.

Now G.U.A.R.D., and not-so-indirectly Natasha, is in pretty deep trouble. After spending some time at one of their stations, Natasha hears news of one of their bases being attacks. She and her fellow recruits are sent to help the full-time agents, and she ends up bumping into old... "friends."

[NOTE:: First books are called "Clandestine" and "Aberrations." Fourth book is called "Tracked." Fifth and final book is currently in the works.]

"Bye, bye, bikinis" most of us probably remember Natasha Romanoff saying that. But do you remember what mission she was talking about? Something about Odessa, some tires, a cliff, and the winter soldier. Unfortunately for us, we never got to know how she ended up in that situation. Maybe, just maybe, it would end a little differently in a parallel universe when you add another agent to the equation. Kate is freshly promoted to a level 5 agent. Hoping she can impress Fury further, she's excited when she gets called in for a new mission. But when she meets her chosen partner, memories of her past come back to haunt her. What memories has Kate buried for too long? Will she learn to trust the Black Widow or will she find more reasons not to? What if they start building a connection beyond the professional? Will they be able to pull through and complete the mission? And will it end any different from its original outcome? Trigger Warning: This book contains violence, sickness, torture, and death. It also includes swear words. Since this is my first book I appreciate helpful tips and constructive criticism, so please let me know. I don't own any rights to the Marvel character appearing or mentioned in this book! I do own the rights to the storyline, the main character Kate Davis, the mother, the villain, the families, and other side characters that I come up with. Enjoy:) I made a playlist, too. It's called "Haunted" and has the book's cover.

He pointed out "No I didn't I was just wondering how much practice you've had." She shrugs "You don't need practice." He sighed out "Everyone does." She retorts. "It was not my first kiss since 1945. I'm 95. Not. Dead." Steve responds and as they continue talking I pull over "Someone else drive." I said cutting them off and Steve volunteers and after a quick reset I lean back and I pull my good up and look out the window as Steve starts to drive. »»--⍟--«« Cassandra is a girl who has gone through a ROUGH time. "A lot of agents fight for the sake of fighting. Others do it because they believe it the right thing to do. Other agents-you-fight to defend those you are closest with. You can't fight simply because the League of Blood is bad. You must make it personal. Otherwise you have no drive." ---- After a useless summer spent in Base 5, Logan Ryder (aka Dustin Light) is sent away from his friends to a station in the mountains with the most obnoxious recruit G.U.A.R.D. has ever seen: Athena Cleve. Of course, his station and Base 5 are attacked by the League, and, worse, Ally is reportedly seen flying away with the enemy organization. Upon mounting a rescue for her, Logan finds someone he is not at all expecting. To be sleeping in a weird, human-sized pod, at least. But things can't be THAT easy. In the midst of trying to "protect" his friends by not telling them anything, Logan has to be rescued himself from a League encampment, and, of course, then gets kidnapped. By his sister. The assassin one, not the one who lost her memory due to a serum given to her by the assassin one. Sisters are the best. [NOTE:: First books are called "Clandestine," "Aberrations," and "Recusant." Fifth and final book is currently in the works.] [WARNING: This book contains content this is a little more violent than the first three books. Read at your own discretion.] ---- Yay!
