The world has changed. The third dimension is no longer the place where life thrives. It is overrun with evil beings, banished from the fourth dimension.
But the fourth dimension is not where life thrives either.
In Institute 17, children are trained to become advanced and skilled assassins, each prepared to go on a quest to the third dimension.
