Let's not forget the most important part, they can't fall for each other because that just takes the stakes up, you don't just wake up and get attracted to an assassin so you can be used as mafia bait, basically destined not to work. That's what this is, a mess that shouldn't work. But it does. And everything goes to shit because of it. A story about love, assassination, family and healing from trauma.
