The first chapter or two will not have to do with Jibbs whatsoever, but with their daughter. Jenny had "died." She went off the grid. But two years after, she came back.

    Kathryn wasn't a normal teenager. At age 15 now, she knew she was adopted by mr. And mrs. Peterson. And she knew that it wasn't normal for her 'parents' to treat her the way they do. But she remained silent. Not telling anyone because they threatened to kill her if she did. Besides, it wasn't too bad most of the time.
