Jack is a wreck though he doesn't know it.
His life has been full of strife and he's managed to avoid it for years by basically living in the forest in the Red Hills. Yet, he's physically drawn to the contact of people, being naturally a very social creature, he struggles between concealing his presence and revealing it. However, as interesting people suddenly move into the neighborhood Jack is compelled to mingle.

Join the story of many characters as they each interact with an unusual boy that appears out of the blue who causes mayhem wherever he goes and unexplainably solves issues within their family, relationships, friendships, and life. Soon, the life of this boy becomes a great mystery for all who encounter him.
