Hye Ge-ung grew up in South Korea. Her father was almost never at home. Her mother had died after giving birth to her two younger siblings.

At the age of 7, Ms. Ge-ung takes in Aleksei Stepan Hironaka Nikolaichev, a young Russian descendent, who has third of Japanese blood in him. Aleksei, eventually becomes Ms. Ge-ung's personal servent and butler.

Hye Ge-ung is a very gifted musician. However, she takes a year or two off to finish school. People don't recognize her in Japan.
