Hellena was standing just a few meters away from the road, ready to end her life. This moment was one of many when she wanted to do it. Every time she wanted to do it she didn't had enough courage, but this time it was different. This time she felt truly ready to die. The car lights were blinding her and the cold wind made her hands numb, but she still walked closer and closer towards the speeding cars. A small smile was plastered on her face while she walked over the road waiting that a car hits her and ends all the pain she felt over the years. At that moment she didn't knew that someone is going to come into her life and change everything. May be triggering at some points

Louis Tomlinson thinks that he's the only half-demon on Earth. Born in Hell, he never got to experience what it was like to be a normal human. He is lonely, emotionless, and is bitter from a dark past. An unexpected turn of events changes all of that. --- The girl laughs, her voice empty of humor. "No, Louis, you're not. You're not human. Don't even try to lie. Well, maybe that is--" she points to my black ring, imprinted into my skin forever, and my eyes narrow. "--but the rest of you isn't." "Oh yeah? Then what am I, a vampire?" I snort, trying to cover up my amazement. There's no way she's a demon. I thought I was the only living demon in the universe. I change my voice to impersonate two different people. "How long have you been seventeen? A while." I laugh humourlessly, my voice dripping with sarcasm. "No," she leans closer, her nose almost touching mine. "You're a demon." "How..." I'm actually surprised, for the first time in my seventeen years of what I call life. "How do you know?" The girl sticks out her own pinky, a band of black encircling it. "I'm one as well."
