Suzie Ryan: a 17-year old victim of kidnapping, and an almost murder. She remembers almost everything of that dark night in the late Fall, but there is one thing that is the clearest in her memory: Seeing the second victim being stabbed and slowly bleeding to death. She always regrets not doing something to help the other girl, and feels she will always remember that basement; that exact feeling of terror that held her back, the agonizing pain of her own sustained injuries from that night. Since then, Suzie has never felt alone, and not in the calming way. She can feel a malevolent presence watching her every move and following every step she takes. Over the past 2 years, people from her school start disappearing. When Suzie and her friends enter her school late at night to see if they can find out what exactly has been happening, just how many of them will make it out alive? And what dark things will they find?
