The only thing Tiara can remember is Shelter. She can't remember anything from her childhood, where she came from, or how she came to be with them. After years she decides to finally take a risk and break out of the Lab with Kameli who she thinks might be her real cousin. Together they meet a group of survivors who promises to take them to Blue Waters. The only place that still has civilization. Tiara finds herself becoming tied to her past again but can that change the person Shelter has turned her to?
