No one knew that this tragedy would befall on the world, but it did.
Today was the dawning of a new age, where the vampires would rule and the humans would be slaves.
The night was still young, yet the menacing underlying threat of the red-eyed beasts surrounds the air, attempting to cause trepidation to even the non-believers of the creatures of night. The owls squeak, the wolves howl, all in unison to the awakening of the PureBloods.
Today was the day they would wipe out the existing human civilization and establish their own grounds - The Bloody Mary.
----- Alison's POV ----
Drip. Drip. Drip. I hear the faint sounds of liquid dripping. Groggily, I forced my eyes open, but to no avail. My eyes were casted in lead, too exhausted to lift even the most simplest of muscle in my human body. Suddenly, there was a piercing sensation on my neck, immediately sending a shocking electric impulse right up my brain. I jumped out in overwhelming fear and what greeted me was an equally, if not more, terrifying sight. Red eyes. Elongated fangs with crimson blood. A lot of blood, and not just any blood. It's mine.
Shocked, I tried to scramble as far away as possible from that creature, yet my body was chained up in shackles to a wooden board.
"Nice try getting away from me. You won't ever be able to escape." He smirked at me.
"W..whho are you?" I managed to choke out those words. I felt sick to my stomach. Maybe it was the insane lost of blood. Maybe it was the sight of the creature. It doesn't matter; all I know is that my life will never be the same.

Geovanni Have you ever gotten that feeling that somebody was watching you? And that person who was watching you wasn't normal.
