"You may kiss the bride." I can hear the people clapping and cheering for the bride and groom standing before us. They face each other with a smile as tears form in their eyes. The groom raises his bride's veil, his hands holding her face, and they stare at each other. The people start to cheer, and their clapping grows louder, and I can't even raise my hands. I just watch them-I watch them intently as I listen to my heart pounding. The groom leans in and finally kisses his bride. He's kissing... my bride. I swallow the lump in my throat and lick my lips. I blink several times to push back the tears I want to fall and force myself to clap and plaster a smile on my face. That's it, Jath. Who would've thought the best thing you could do for the person you love so much was to clap at her wedding with somebody else? Ha, you were planning to give her the whole world, but she's already living in his. What a joke. I endure the sight of my first love and her groom facing us as they hold hands. The smile on her face is the kind of smile I haven't seen in my entire life-one that I devoted to loving her. She never smiled at me like that. I bite my tongue as I stop myself from clapping and watch the people stand up as they walk down the aisle, people cheering and celebrating with them, as I turn my back away from my bride. Seven years. I waited seven years to see the woman I love marry somebody else.Complete
Journey: Into The Never-ending Way
Why does one travel from a well known neighborhood to another where the outcome of the visit is not yet understood? I could name the streets and places in my neighborhood. There was a well defined map in my head that used comfortable explanations for what to expect. Then, everything changed. I drove up the hill, parked the car in a familiar place. When I walked into the house all the furniture was the same. Yet, when I sat beside him everything I knew went away. My mind was empty, only able to engage in superficial talk. I was afraid of his cancer. I didn't know what to say or how to help. I was lost in the whole sorry business. I gave him what comfort my presence was good for and, he gracefully accepted it like a brother would. Behind the warmest smile I could draw up was a deserted beach, waves of questions washing against my feet. A great ocean met the horizon and disappeared somewhere beyond where eyes could take a mind. Where would the questions take me? Where do you start such a quest?Complete

So many why's that I can't find any answer every time I woke up from my dreams.For almost 10 years it's always the same dreams.I wipe my tears that fallen in my cheeks and fix myself to start my day.I walk out of my room and check my kids to the other room. I turn the knob and push the door careful not to disturb my sleeping angels. The room contains two wooden single bed fits for kids and had thin foam. Stuck In A Shuttle
There's probably a ton of reasons why you are feeling the way you are feeling at this very moment. Sometimes emotions just sneak up on us without our realization and we drown our pains or sorrows by adapting to a certain pattern of living. We develop coping mechanisms per se. What if there was a reason why you experienced what you experienced? Your pain could be the very thing that microphones your way to the person you are meant to become. It could be a highway through which people could walk on in order to find the hope they are looking for. Why you? Why does it have to be you? Why not anybody else? Better yet! Why not you? Have you ever asked yourself that question? Pretty silly huh? Really though, why shouldn't you be in that position right now? Why should it be anyone else? What if your situation could be the answer you were desperately looking for? You can either look at your pain in your own perspective or you could tilt the angle a bit and change the focus. What if you were looking at it all wrong and asking the wrong questions?Complete
