When an out break of a disease that gives humans unique abilities takes over thousands of cities, a fenced in camp is created to contain the "infected". Rumors spread that it's a horrible place, where people try to escape all the time. When one 19 year old girl learns of her "infection" as a kids, she spends her whole life hiding and running from the police. She wants to free her younger brother from the camp, but has to avoid everything in her path. She meets people along the way who help her with her journey. Will she suucceed?
