      Iridescent and Cosmos are sentenced to a life long prison in a gray city on December 31 in the year 1969.
      
      That date sound familiar? I'll bet. See, sometimes people get anonymous emails from no one from this date - when the internet wasn't even born. Why? Iridescent and Cosmos were sent to that time and date to find out why. What they find is disturbing. 
      
      Iridescent is absolutely powerless. She can't make clothes, she can't call on the Moon, and every breath hurts. As she tries to escape the town trapped in time, her condition deteriorates. It's a mission harder than what she's ever experienced, and probably more than she ever will. As she's slowly dying, Iridescent learns something: Help can come in mysterious ways.
      
      Iridescent will probably die. Wait ... CAN Guardians die? Will Iridescent and Cosmos find out why they were sent to this time and place where the date doesn't ever change? Why is Cosmos with Iridescent anyways? Can Iridescent escape, if so, will she?
