Maya Hart was a girl who didn't believe in hope. Her dad left her, and her mom works all day just to pay the bills. The one thing she DID believe in, however, was friendship.
Shawn Hunter was a man who had lost all hope for anything a long time ago. His dad was dead, he had an absent mother. The only person he could count on was Cory Matthews. When Shawn returns to New York to catch up with his old friend and his family, he meets Maya Hart. He instantly connects with Maya because of the similarities in their stories. Cory's daughter, and Maya's best friend, Riley, notices this. So she hatches a plan to get Shawn to be Maya's father. Things seem to be going well. Until the return of someone from Shawn's past. With a new threat, can Shawn, Katy, and Maya find happiness at last? Or will they find out that hope really IS for suckers?

You don't know how or why, but you've been isekai'd into the world of Jujutsu Kaisen. Although your first instinct is to stay far away from the plot, you've been blessed with an abnormal amount of cursed energy, and for better or worse, you find yourself sucked into the storyline. You decide that you may as well use your newfound powers for the greater good, and if you're lucky, you might succeed in rewriting some of the characters' fates. But it turns out that your presence in this world is even bigger deal than you first thought, and soon, everyone wants to make you theirs.
