I hate the mate rejection cliche thing so I changed it up. Since usually the main character gets rejected, joins a new pack, becomes badass, and then accepts her mate in the end. Well not in this story.

"Are you serious right now!" I glared up at Lenny exasperated that he had the audacity to reject me. Where is that mate love shit.
"Look you know how I am, I love sleeping around and partying. If I settle down I won't be able to do these things. When we're 30 we can settle down together. Ok babe." I stared at this pig in mortification. Like hell am I going to wait for his ass to be ready to settle down.
"No that is not going to happen. After everything my mom put my dad through I didn't exactly want a mate either, but I was going to actually give it a shot. Just because my parents didn't work doesn't mean that every mate relationship isn't going to work, but fuck you asshole I'm better off without you. I will never accept you."
EmmaLyn Carter gets rejected and accepts that. Having a mate wasn't really her thing anyways. She saw what it did to her father, but was willing to give it a chance. When she gets rejected she accepts it and is planning on moving on. One way or another.

I wrote this when I was like 14, it has a terribly cliche plot, even with the alternate endings. This is your classic mate rejection, runaway, coming back to kick butt and train their old pack, werewolf story. If you like cliches as much as I do, then I hope you love this! Beth white doesn't get treated fairly in her pack house, yes she's were wolf but when she turns 17 and gets the chance to find her mate and actually be happy. He rejects her, and she doesn't take it lightly. She runs off to find a new family and a second chance - "Mate." I mutter under my breath "No! no! no!" he complains "Why did I get you as a mate! your nothing but a helpless slave girl." he spits at me "No. You don't know who I am."
