She's looking for a better future but with a haunting past it's hard to do just that.
A teenage girl goes through hell and back again just looking for even a spark of happiness but can't seem to find it after the passing of her elder brother.
In the foster system she can't help but feel alone and battles her fears along with life only to become distant and an emotionless wreck. No one knows how to help her but her new foster family surely tries.
Marie is no regular girl even to the human eye you can tell she is different, an outcast. She's always done things her way and never had help but all that is going to change with her new family.
Watch as Marie goes to battle, through times that will change her forever, possible love, tragedy, and multiple tempting chances of life or death.
