I Caught the Blues in New Orleans [TEMPORARILY DISCONTINUED]

Kirstie Maldonado is a 17-year-old girl whose future is already set, but it isn't the future she wants. Her father is a strict man and Kirstie was raised to be obedient, but her passion and dream has gotten her into trouble before, just as it is now. Eventually, she thinks that following in her father's footsteps is the only option, until she meets a mysterious newcomer and her life is changed forever.

Set in New Orleans, Louisiana in the 1920s, this story incorporates not only love, loss, and discovery, but also the historical changes in society as well as the booming popularity of music, the arts, and showbiz during this decade.
