Camila is bruised. Her past is nothing short of terrifying. At only 17 years old she's been through more hell than anyone could possibly imagine, and her ordeal leaves her fragile and incredibly insecure in herself. Lauren is broken. She slipped into the damaging world of substance abuse and finds herself constantly battling with the world around her.
Lauren finds her entire life flipped upside down when Camila makes her way into it in the most unlikely of ways. The two girls are like the same end of a magnet, repelling each other from the very first time they meet. But, as time progresses and the two are forced to let bygones be bygones, they learn that they're not so dissimilar after all. Each girl has her own demons to deal with and it just might turn out that the comfort they've both been seeking can be found in the most unlikely of places: each other.
