Background : I haven't done any writing for quite a while, one day my supportive girlfriend tries to encourage me to get back into it. Asks me to write her a short story, on the spot I burrow the main character name I did from one of my first stories - Ember, originally about a red skinned demon women, now about a curious human girl living in a small village.

The short story ended up being longer than I expected and expanded out a bit, I'm now going to follow up and continue on with it on here as my first published story and hope it gets me back into writing. 

Short description so far : 
Ember is a young girl, late teens specifically, who grew up all her life in a small village surrounded by forests on the outskirts of their kingdom. She's just like any other girl from her perspective, conversation with other residents in her village normally revolves around her father -a watchman for them. 

Because they're in a far flung area from the main human settlements, they need to watch out for what lurks beyond. This story follows the life of Ember, what she may find in the world she finds herself in.All Rights Reserved

Buffy No More: The Illusion by Sherann20

This is a story I have been rewriting for seven years and I am almost for certain that it still sucks. But whatever, here goes. The title reads "Buffy No More" and "The Illusion" and that is exactly what it is. I wrote a combination of short stories (that you can finish all in a day) that depicts a world and an existence without Buffy. The main character, the most controversial woman in all of the series, Faith Lehane. I beg of you to join her as she narrates this journey contemplating if a Buffy Summers ever existed. This is actually my first time making a story. Every criticism helps. The story later on will start to make less sense as it goes on, but hey! My story, my lore. This is my first story, and I'm writing this mostly for fun, so don't get mad if it's not on par with all these gods of writing. Meet Angel, a girl just trying to get by in this living torture she calls a life. Being abused by her father, and living life in constant fear, she does her best to get by. What happenes when she tries to get away from all the hardship, but only ends up finding more? And maybe even finding someone that can save her from her own misserable life. Note from future self: This story is extremely cringy and only gets worse as it goes on. When I was writing it there was a whole bunch of other stuff going on so I was rushing away too much to actually get it done. Content warning: Contains graphic descriptions and extreme violence. Reader discretion is advised. Note from the future - This is very cringy now that I look back at it. I ended up rushing to finish it after like chapter 4 (which shows) so just warning the quality gets worse as it goes on T-T.
